Anyone know if any REALLY great filter packages that are free online? I have Harry's Filters and Plug In Galaxy 2, but would love some really rad ones, or even a downloadable photo program for free that has lots of cool filters or effects? I feel like the ones I use, are just overused, and I would love to be more creative!!

I want a place where I can just post photos I take and get opinions. Some photos may be repeats for my regular bloggers, but it can't be helped.
