Filter Fun
Anyone know if any REALLY great filter packages that are free online? I have Harry's Filters and Plug In Galaxy 2, but would love some really rad ones, or even a downloadable photo program for free that has lots of cool filters or effects? I feel like the ones I use, are just overused, and I would love to be more creative!!

I cant remember where but I saw a grunge filter program on line somewhere..maybe a google search would help ..the one I saw had about 50 filters..but that was last year...
Love this, Wendy! I'm going to have to look into filters too! Right now I'm into actions, but I don't feel like I can do all that I would like with the editing program I'm using. So now I'm saving for CS5.
The picture on my 365 blog that you asked about isn't a filter :) It's a scrapbooking overlay. I love it. I've used it once before and have been on the hunt for other overlays that will do the sort of same affect to pictures.
Looks really cool, which programs are you using now?
I am using Paint Shop Pro and this was a filter from a free filter download called Plug In Galaxy.
